Terms of Service – Burgos Comfort Solutions

1. Service Calls & Repairs:

Diagnostic fee: $150. Labor: $100/hour, parts not included. Payment is due the same day upon completion and testing. While these are standard rates, in select cases we may provide a fixed fee, disclosed upfront before service

2. Installations:

50% down before work begins, 50% due at completion, testing, and operation.

3. Pricing Agreement:

Starting work confirms acceptance of pricing.

4. Payment:

Full payment is due the day service or installation is completed. Late payments may incur fees.

5. Cancellations:

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee, which will be communicated.

6. Warranty:

Warranty terms are provided in writing.

7. Liability:

Liability is covered up to the limits of our applicable business insurance.

8. Access:

Customers must ensure property access. Delays may incur fees.

9. Maintenance Plans:

Preventive maintenance plans have separate terms, including automatic recurring payments and pre-scheduled visits. Full terms are provided upon enrollment.

10. Data Privacy:

We collect customer information (name, address, phone, email) solely to provide services and communicate. This data is stored securely and not shared without consent.
